Great Products, No Tutorial Video

The mannequin and tools are excellent! Everything arrived quickly and I was ready to get started practicing. Unfortunately there were no instructions on how to access the 30 day loc tutorial video. I’ve emailed and texted the team with no response. I’ve commented on social media about the video missing and was told I would be contacted through my DMs. Nothing yet.
