Misrepresentation of a Non-Refundable Product

These were regular pipe cleaners that can be purchased from an arts and craft store that are too short to wrap the length of my hair on. The product is being sold as something specific to Sisterlocks and they are regular lightweight pipe cleaners that don’t support the weight and length of my hair. Do to your no refund and no return policy I’m just out of money for a package I didn’t open. Will not shop here again.
